Mama’s Buoi
Last night I enjoyed an incredible Vietnamese meal at Mama’s Buoi on Devonshire Street in Surry Hills.
Just a short walk from Central Station, the restaurant is a popular choice in the area. The food & flavour had us almost thinking we were in Vietnam.
There were a range of tasty share plates to choose from through to large dishes. We enjoyed the mushroom and tofu rice paper rolls & salt & pepper squid for starters. The mains we shared included the Tamarind Curry (you must order this!!!), veggie pho and char beef noodle.
The meal was healthy and packed full of flavour (with no additives).
There are a series of locations for Mama's Buoi which not only caters for dinner, but also an affordable lunch. We will definitely be making another visit!
