CHARGRILL CHARLIE’S ROXY’S POST-WORKOUT
Chargrill Charlie’s, the home of Sydney’s favourite chargrilled chicken and gourmet sides, has collaborated with Roxy Jacenko to create Roxy’s Post-Workout Salads.
Over the past 2 years, Roxy has stepped up her fitness and healthy-eating regime, becoming synonymous with her impressive daily workouts, whether that be in the gym or via spin classes. As a Mother of 2 and owner of 5 businesses, Roxy’s packed schedule meant buying and dining out for lunch and dinner most days.
Roxy is thrilled to collaborate with Chargrill Charlie’s once again to create her perfect salad combination that she loves to incorporate in to her daily diet to ensure she looks and feels her best.
¼ Iceberg Lettuce
1 Baby Cos Lettuce
¼ Butter Lettuce
2 Chicken Breasts (from Chargrill Charlie’s)
2 Regular Size Tomatoes
5 Cherry Tomatoes
Handful of Alfalfa Sprouts
Half Ball of Mozzarella Cheese
Sunflower Seeds (to garnish)
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
½ Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Pinch of Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1. Mix all lettuces together
2. Place 1/3 in to bowl with alfalfa
3. Start to layer 1/3 of ingredients including cut up tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella cheese and shredded chicken breast
4. Repeat until you have 3 layers
5. Garnish with a sunflower seeds to taste

Oh-My Quad – Soba noodles, seasonal Chinese vegetables, shredded chicken breast and a homemade satay sauce. This salad is packed with flavour and added protein to fill you up and keep you energised post your workout!
Chef’s Avo-Cardio – Avocado, lettuce, sunflower seeds, tomato, mozzarella cheese, alfalfa sprouts and shredded chicken breast. This salad is a light chicken salad that is super healthy with tonnes of fresh, green ingredients – ideal after sweating it out.
Roxy’s Post-Workout Salads will be available starting from $7.90 at all 11 Chargrill Charlie’s stores in Sydney including Mosman, Neutral Bay, Frenchs Forest, Willoughby, Wahroonga, Lane Cove, Woollahra, St. Ives, Mona Vale, Rose Bay and Annandale from the 18th February through until the end of March 2019.
