Eat Fit Food 5 Day Cleanse Review

Last week I enjoyed a 5 day food cleanse with Eat Fit Food. I've been doing EFF cleanses for around 6 years and have always enjoyed them. They are the perfect way to reset your eating habits & serving portions to become re-energised.

Founder of Eat Fit Food, Bianca Monley recently joined me on the Mindfulbiz Podcast. You can listen to our conversation about Launching a Business in your 20's here

Bianca created her whole-food meal delivery service in 2002. The meals are conveniently delivered to your home or work in the early hours of the morning, so you have fresh meals to enjoy throughout the day.

The meals are prepared by professional Chefs, and contain no preservatives, artificial sweeteners, chemicals and additives. All you need to do is heat some of the meals for those that need to be warmed.

There are a variety of programs to choose from allowing you to pick what's right for you.

The 5 day cleanse included food which was gluten free, dairy free, red meat free, caffeine free & refined sugar free. Each day contains around 1,400 calories, giving your stomach a chance to rest, restore and reboot itself.

I can almost guarantee that those of you reading this article are pretty much living like this the majority of time. While that's the case, it's still great to do a cleanse at least a couple of times a year to reset your eating patterns. My biggest downfall is portion sizes - so I particularly like doing these cleanses for this reason.
