Joining Business Coach, Alison Morgan, is Samantha Barakat Light, founder of Body Catalyst.

Body Catalyst has 6 clinics comprising of 3 locations in both Sydney and Melbourne. The clinics perform over 5000 fat freezing treatments pa. They are the largest non-invasive body treatment clinic in Australia and use the top end technology.

Treatment categories include: fat reduction, cellulite reduction, skin tightening and anti-ageing. All treatments are non-invasive, have no downtime and are safe.

Sam has a health science background and played elite sport where she was surrounded by women in their prime fitness. Regardless of how fit they were, she was amazing that so many of them would have an area of their body which really bothered them, as did she. With a lot of research she found that irrespective of how much exercise you do or how well you eat, some people have stubborn pockets of fat that won't shift naturally. This can be due to stress, hormones, genetics, meditation and so on.
