Alison talks about launching the business through to 3 years in business. Prior to launching, Alison spent 1.5years in the planning phase. The reason for taking this amount of time is that Alison’s 2 boys were extremely young. She took her time with no rush, so that when her eldest started at school she was ready to launch.
