Postage, Exchange and Returns
Relauncher or the Seller dispatches parcels within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. We will notify you if there will be a delay in the delivery due to stock availability.
The goods will be addressed to the place of delivery you specify when making your order. Title to and any risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery of the goods.
We deliver Australia-Wide using Australia Post.
Postage is available for international orders. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order, along with your post code. You will then be provided a cost for postage.
If you'd like your item to have insurance, please advise when sending through your request for postage.
All international orders will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail.
Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event you have ordered a product which is not available or out of stock, we will refund you via credit card or offer you a store credit to the same value. Shipping charges will be refunded.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product if it hasn't been used and is in its original packaging with all tags still intact within 7 days of dispatch. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition.
Please ensure all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping.
You will be given a store credit to the same value once the item has been returned. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Relauncher will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.
You may return a product that you have purchased from Relauncher if it is faulty.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your goods along with a photo, and the faulty item will be replaced.
