Plan, Routine, System ~ for YOU
So many of us have hectic lives. Racing from one thing to the next, multi-tasking to make sure it all gets completed.
Many people ask how a busy person gets so much done~ the answer lies in being organised. The key is having a plan, a routine and a system that is right for YOU.
Here are 5 tips that work for me. As long as I have these 5 elements in place, the chaos & busy work schedule can be sorted, completed and delivered on time.
Your plan may be different. Working out what is right for you is important.
Morning Ritual
During the week I get up at the same time each day, before the rest of the house. I enjoy this part of the day. In fact, I NEED this part of the day.
This morning space allows me to get a clear ‘head start’ each day. A chance to fit in some work, plan the day ahead, organise the school lunches & enjoy a peaceful cup of tea with coconut oil before breakfast…

Clearing my Mind
To have a clear mind, I need to be surrounded by order.
A tidy desk, fresh air, one of our scented candles and music. I am far more productive in this state of mind.

Exercise
I NEED exercise and the way it makes me feel once I’ve done it! The energy exercise brings is so rewarding in all areas of life.
Walking, Riding, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba – love it!
Eating
This has the same effect as exercise for me. If I’m not eating properly I get irritable, tired and not as efficient at getting things done.
A clean diet provides LOTS of energy, makes me feel great and allows me to keep up with a busy schedule.

Enough Sleep
Having a regular sleep pattern is extremely important. This sets me up for a better nights sleep, which is obviously a huge benefit for tackling the next day.
